East China Charter Township is authorized to discharge storm water from the Township MS4, designated as East China Twp. MS4-St Clair, to waters of the state in accordance with the effluent limitations, monitoring requirements, and other conditions set forth in the Permit. The Permit was issued on June 28, 2017 and went into effect on July 1, 2017. The permit will expire on October 1, 2021.
