Pavilion Rental Application Information

Opening Day for Accepting Applications:

January 5th, 2023

Applications accepted:    Monday – Friday,   10am–4pm


EAST CHINA RESIDENTS:   

▶   Groups up to 75-people:  $65 + $100 Refundable Security Deposit/ Pavilion
▶   $165   – Payable by Cash/Check/Charge –
▶    Full Payment must be received at time of application submittal.
                                                ~ Proof of Residency is Required ~


NON-RESIDENTS:   

▶   Groups up to 75-people:  $90 + $100 Refundable Security Deposit/ Pavilion
▶   $190   – Payable by Cash/Check/Charge –
▶    Full Payment must be received at time of application submittal.

Please direct ALL inquiries/ special rate requests for groups over 75 people to the Parks Manager   park@eastchinatownship.org
The East China Township Receptionist will handle intake of applications/payments only,
no reservation or rate inquiries.
