June 2023:
East China Township received over $100,000 in matching funds as a 2022  grantee from the Ralph C. Wilson Jr. Trails Maintenance Fund at the Community Foundation for Southeast Michigan to repair and revitalize large portions of the B2B Trail in East China.
The work includes tearing out and replacing several hundred feet of asphalt and adapting the crossing bridges to accommodate the ease and safety of all users.
Work has started and will continue throughout the summer. We apologize for any inconveniences, but the updated B2B Trail will be worth it!

October 2022:
East China Township has applied for a Transportation Alternatives Program (TAP) Grant from the state of Michigan to repair the rail/trail bridge on the northwest portion of the trail within East China Park.  Read more about the project HERE.
